Tool Shakedown is a product of CZieler Works. This policy explains the types of information we may collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect

When you use Tool Shakedown, we may also process information you enter or import about your organization’s tools and systems, including tool names, vendors, annual costs, currencies, statuses, purchased seats, active users, catalog capability matches, and provider-specific connected evidence.
Connected systems
If you choose to connect a supported third-party system, Tool Shakedown may receive data made available through that provider’s API and the permissions you approve. The exact information depends on the provider and connection. We use connected-system data to provide features such as inventory, usage evidence, analysis, findings, review signals, and executive summaries. You can disconnect supported integrations from Tool Shakedown.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve Tool Shakedown, provide requested features, authenticate users, maintain account security, respond to questions, process subscriptions, troubleshoot problems, and communicate about the service. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and usage patterns.
Service providers

Payment transactions may be handled by a third-party payment processor. Tool Shakedown does not need to store your full payment-card number to provide subscription billing.

Children
Tool Shakedown is a business software service and is not intended for children under 13.
